Terms and Conditions for UK Players

These terms and conditions govern the use of AllWins by all registered players. By creating an account, a player agrees to be bound by the terms set out below, alongside any specific promotional terms attached to individual bonus offers.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Verification

Players must provide accurate, complete information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. AllWins reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point, including proof of identity, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method wherever possible. Where this is not feasible, an alternative verified method will be used. AllWins reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing large withdrawals.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonus offers, including the welcome bonus, carry the following general conditions unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion:

  • A wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
  • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed.
  • Maximum stake while a bonus is active is capped at £5 per spin or hand. Breaching this limit may void any winnings.
  • Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering, table games and live dealer games contribute 10%, and jackpot slots contribute 50%.
  • Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, household and payment method.
  • AllWins reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend its terms at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to existing bonus holders.
  • Suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to using betting patterns designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Responsible Gambling

AllWins is committed to supporting responsible play. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session reminders at any time from account settings, with reductions applying immediately and increases subject to a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can be requested directly through account settings or via GAMSTOP, and will be honoured across the site for the selected duration, with no ability to reverse the exclusion early once confirmed.

6. Game Fairness

All games offered on AllWins use certified random number generators, tested and approved by independent testing laboratories. Return to player percentages are published on individual game information screens. In the event of a software malfunction, any results generated during that malfunction will be voided, and affected wagers refunded to the account.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

AllWins reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, use of prohibited software (including bots or automated betting scripts), or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances unaffected by the breach will be returned to the player.

8. Changes to These Terms

AllWins may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes or updates to the service. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-account notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Players with a complaint should first contact customer support via live chat or email. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, details of which are available from customer support upon request, in line with UK Gambling Commission licensing conditions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved through the complaints procedure above will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to a player’s right to use an approved ADR service first.
